Bathroom needed update

Nothing, it was like a bait and switch... and was charged.

Booked a double double,for 4 adults and 3 kids... got there 1 room with 2 beds and then charged me for a 2nd room because... Not Happy. Ants in the room, had to move to another, and toilet paper holders fell off the walls in 2 of 3 rooms.

Location to Thompson Berry Park

The room was falling apart. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall, smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The light switch at the door was not working, the microwave does not work. There was tape holding the tv remote together. Mold on fridge.

Hotel was just renovated so overall appearance very nice. Staff very courteous.

TV would not work, floor was sticky, no bath soap in shower. Sheets and pillow cases, coarse material, uncomfortable, some staining, including bath towels. Before rooms are opened to guests, inspections need to be made and small details addressed.

They wouldn't except my service dog because I didn't have my paper on me my car caught on fire papers were in storage along with all the things in my car.. there not allowed to refuse you or even ask such questions. WAITING FOR A REFUND

The staff was awesome especially the African American woman (sorry didn't get her name ) she went out of her way to constantly clean up and wait on people. The breakfast was ok

The renovation just made it seem like it was too much going on. The elevator was slow. The hot tub not working properly. The inside pool area had to keep the windows open. The parking was difficult because of carpet and piles of renovation items.

Location.. Close to the Softball Complex.

The Hotel is being Remodeled and is in Need of it. Floors are Very stranded From Construction Workers. Hot Tub Wasn't Working and the Refrigerator in are Room Didn't Work. The Room showed signs of Previous water damage. And Had a Bad Odor.

The front desk staff was very nice, the hotel going through a new owner there redoing remodeling the hotel, but doing a great job of the construction

Very dirty, dead worm on the floor, sheets were stained very badly, room stunk.

I did not like anything. Canceled my room and went somewhere else.

Close to grandkids

Their pool and breakfast was non satisfactory. Pool was closed and breakfast was lousy. And unsafe location. Rental car window was broken on 2nd day there

Nothing, Ive managed hotels for 20 years and can honestly say this hotel needs to be shut down. Safety concerns, filthy rooms, showers ext.. was over charged and didnt stay in the hotel it was disgusting. Wouldnt give a refund.

Everything was bad hotel needs shut down

It maintains a standard throughout the years that satisfies us with good beds and linens, a warm buffet breakfast, and coffee and tea at all hours.

Indoor pool was too cool to be comfortable. Missed the hot tub but it wasn¿t working last year either.

They had great breakfast and friendly staff.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was peeling off The floor and coming up and the lock fell out of The door when we opened it. Mold in the air conditioner and cigarette burn holes and stains all over bedding. And much much more.

There was 2 rooms available

We checked in for 2 rooms. We were greeted by dirty rooms. One of the air units had cigarette ashes. The other rooms had bugs and dirty linens. We left and have yet to hear about a refund! Terrible experience!

The staff are kind and it's really clean and quiet. Also the breakfast is amazing
